Black card slip-case, as issued.  The colophon states this fine book was printed in Milan under the direction of Franco Maria Ricci.  The typeface is Bodoni.  Printed on handmade laid paper by Fabriano.  A portion of the printing was not made available for sale.  Superbly produced. Near fine. Spine cloth slightly stained and lettering lightened, but legible..
